Repeated attempts to communicate after cancelling the service and having reoccuring charges. No resolution. Seems like a good service for children that can't have a bank account but customer service is lacking.
You never helped me you did nothing. You didn’t even talk to me so no, you were not helpful and that’s why I gave you one story of you.
First of all, you did not even help me. You never called me back like you said you were going to you know were never gonna talk to me. You never did anything so yeah thats why and also my cards are not working on my phone and Im trying to find out why

I have a referral friend that I can not use because theyre saying I already had an account that was incomplete and I needed to finish an account. Im upset.
I need a fresh account through referral friend for my two granddaughters. Thats all I wanted didnt get to accomplish none of that.
They told me no I have to use whats already been started. Anybody couldve started that I have no recognition and have never received any cards to my house.

The associate handled everything very professionally and resolved the problems that I had. I was very pleased and satisfied. She informed me that she was mailing out a new card to replace my daughter's old card.

To find out how to up my child's limit and change my contact number
When I looked up the limit for kids on the app there is no clear amount that they can withdraw. One of my kids use it for her job and she has about 800 and going up.
So I might have to withdraw her money from greenlight. Because she saving for a car.
All my devices are buffering
Tech support walked me through solving my problem and was complete and courteous Would recommend them to anyone

Not accepting my tried to deposit money with my discover card into my grandkids account and it didn't work called customer service told me they didn't accept discover so I paid with my anothercard
Omg! Tried to put money in my grandkids account with a discover card and it wouldn't go through kept trying over and over got very frustrated finally called green light after having a hard time finding the phone number was told you didn't use discover so I used another card. You might want to post that you don't accept discover at checkout so people don't keep trying it over and over thinking they're doing something wrong.

I, a 15-year-old, created a Greenlight account and sent my parents the text to join. They did, but when they tried to add me to the family, they got a pop-up that my number was already registered with a different account. Can we unlink the phone number from the Greenlight account and relink it to the parent's account?
I need to transfer my money in Greenlight to a bank card now that I'm 18.
I just turned 18 and went through a tough situation at home. All of my money is locked up in Greenlight and Im unable to get it out on my own.
Im trying to transfer it to a normal bank card. No customer service is helping and its becoming very frustrating.
I wait on the like for hours and no one answers, instead its just being left on hold when the site clearly says 24/7 help. I just need help.

The never returned my deposit when I opened the account with because the account was closed and they that I will receive my deposit in 7 business days I haven't heard from anyone or any of my deposit I'm very disappointed with greenlight has kept there commitment. I will never use them recommend them to my family or friend they are not to be trusted.
I'm a greenlight parent has open account with greenlight my account was closed and there was a balance remains on my greenlight account in the amount of $295.00 as said upon my account was closed there was gonna be a refund of my money will send out to me by mail in 7 business upon the closing of my account.. bring the parent of the greenlight account Ms. Shirley Batts I am requesting a refund of my deposit of $295.00 of opening of the account.my contact email address
